  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook ground turkey until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft, then stir in minced garlic.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water, followed by the Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, add broken lasagna noodles, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer for 8-10 minutes until noodles are al dente.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  7. Add dollops of ricotta cheese on top and let warm through.
  8. Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
