  • 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bag coleslaw (397g)
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce, for serving
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil wonton wrappers and shape them into cups in a baking dish. Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in a skillet over high heat for about 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
  3. In another bowl, mix coleslaw ingredients: coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. To assemble, fill each crispy wonton shell with chicken mixture and top with slaw and sweet chili sauce.
