Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder; lightly dredge in flour.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown (4–5 minutes per side). Remove from pan.
  3. Sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; cover and simmer on low for 25–30 minutes.
