  • 4 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 4 small yellow corn tortillas
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced onions
  • Sliced iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat one section of your griddle to medium heat and two sections to low.
  2. In the medium section, cook ground beef until browned; add fajita seasoning and salsa.
  3. Fry corn tortillas on low heat until crispy.
  4. Assemble each Crunchwrap by layering ingredients on a large flour tortilla: cheese, beef mixture, crispy corn tortilla, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and more cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges toward the center to form a pocket.
