  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 9 ounces roasted red peppers (drained and chopped)
  • 6 ounces turkey slices (finely chopped)
  • ¾ cup green olives (chopped)
  • 7 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Begin by spraying a 9×5 loaf pan with oil and lining it with plastic wrap.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, roasted peppers, turkey slices, olives, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
  3. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and cover it tightly with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to allow it to set.
  5. Once chilled, unmold the Cheese Log onto a platter and top with sun-dried tomatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
