  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups green apples, cored and chopped with skin on
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained if using canned
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 226 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 millilitres heavy whipping cream, well chilled
  • 120 millilitres caramel sauce
  • Graham cracker crumbs, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whip chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  3. Prepare the fruit by washing, slicing, and chopping as needed.
  4. In a large serving bowl, layer half of the fruit and then half of the cheesecake filling. Repeat with remaining fruit and filling.
  5. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
