  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Diced red onion
  • Red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
  • Jalapeño pepper (seeded and diced)
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
  • Canned black beans (rinsed/drained)
  • Avocado (sliced or cubed)

Instructions
