  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Arrange chicken tenders on the baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over each tender to cover generously.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and topping is golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
