  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts (halved or quartered)
  • 3 large carrots (cut into batons)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
