- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g golden syrup
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 150g dark chocolate
- 150g milk chocolate
- 125g Mint Aero Bubbles
- A few drops of green food coloring
- Grease and line an 8×8” square baking tin.
- Crush digestive biscuits into crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Melt butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
- In a bowl, melt dark and milk chocolates in the microwave until smooth.
- Combine melted chocolate with the butter mixture and stir in biscuit crumbs.
- Transfer mixture to the tin and smooth down evenly.
- Press half of the Mint Aero Bubbles into the mixture.
- Melt milk and white chocolates separately; color white chocolate with green food coloring.
- Create a marbled effect on top with alternating spoonfuls of both chocolates.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing.
