  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can (395 g) condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and milk chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat with condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into a lined pan, spreading evenly.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sugar, fresh cream, egg yolks, and butter; cook over low heat until thickened.
  4. Stir in shredded coconut and chopped walnuts, mixing well.
