  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 14-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  2. In a food processor, blend walnuts, garlic, basil, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the pesto.
  3. Chop broccoli into small florets and steam lightly until bright green.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a layer of pesto over the base.
  5. Top with steamed broccoli, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and feta.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and bubbly.
