  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 8 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly to create clusters.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Allow to cool before breaking into clusters and storing in an airtight container.
