Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended. If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets about two inches apart.
