  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets (lightly steamed)
  • 12 ounces Sliced Smoked Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  3. In another pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened, about 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth. Add heavy whipping cream and whisk until combined; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
