  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.
  2. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
