In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped green onions, and half of the shredded colby jack cheese until smooth.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
Garnish with additional crumbled turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
