  • 1 head of cabbage, sliced into strips
  • 3 large carrots, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb ground organic beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 5 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté sliced cabbage until slightly softened.
  3. Stir in grated carrots and cook for about five minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until all vegetables are tender yet crunchy; then remove from pan.
  6. In the same pan, cook your chosen ground meat until no longer pink; season as desired.
  7. Combine cooked protein with the vegetable mixture and add chopped green onions before serving.
