  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the preserves and gently swirl it with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle flaked coconut and chopped pecans on top, pressing them down lightly.
  6. Top with semisweet and white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
