  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt. Add beef, coat well, and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until coated.
