  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons deli-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes, toss with melted butter and everything bagel seasoning, then bake until golden (10-12 minutes).
  2. Boil water, add eggs, and cook for 9-10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath before peeling.
