  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Carefully remove the hot muffin tin and add about 1/4 inch of oil into each cup. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until sizzling.
  4. Remove the tin again and fill each cup halfway with batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes without opening the oven door until golden brown.
